The technician, Moon, lied to my wife about being able to do a Gel X design after getting her to do an entire new set of nails and then couldn’t do what she promised because she didn’t have the supplies. The set wasn’t blended, was way longer than what she asked for and can’t work with them that long, and the space between the tip and the nail bed shows, which is ugly and embarrassing. She didn’t even shape them correctly. The pedicure was awful too. I would give them a zero if I could. Then when I called the offer was to remove them for me. Great another hour wasted! They also tried to blame my wife for being upset and told me “we ask if they are ok.” She wasn’t asked and she was trying to restrain her being too upset and didn’t want to make a scene in the salon. Will never step foot in there again and neither should anyone else.

Paid $60 for this manicure, plus $15 tip (kinda regret tipping). She didn’t cut my cuticles or even push them back at all. She also didn’t clean under my nails, she just went straight to filing them down. It’s literally been 2 days and they’re already looking grown out. The sides of my fingers are still as ugly as before and for $75 you can get way better value. The two hands are completely different lengths and the paint was janky on the other side. I could have definitely gone somewhere else to get the same manicure for like $40… feeling like a huge waste of money:(

Stopped in for a pedicure while on vacation. I opted for the spa pedicure, and Hannah was both efficient and thorough. My feet were in rough shape, but she quickly removed old polish and dealt with calluses and cuticles. The foot and leg massages were on point and a welcomed service. I went on a weekday mid-afternoon and the salon was uncrowded but there was plenty of space that even if the chairs were full, it probably wouldn't have felt overcrowded. Two days and two hikes later the pedicure is going strong.

I normally wouldn’t write a review, but know they’re going through a reopening and want to provide feedback in hopes it helps the success and relaunch of their business.

Pros: Appointment began on time. Salon is very beautiful and clean.

Cons: I purchased a deluxe pedicure listed to include sea salt, shaping, nail trim, cuticles, callus removal, sugar scrub, cream mask and 12 minute massage. My nails and cuticles were both cut in about a minute and no file or shaping ever occurred leaving them a bit jagged. The cuticles are not clean and it seemed way too fast on cuticle trim, especially if no filing and shaping occurred. I stretched out my last pedicure and specifically chose callus removal as an option, but my feet were only marginally scrubbed and limited callus attention / improvement was given. The massage was no longer than 6 or so minutes, which is fine, but misleading when the option I purchased included a longer massage, which again, was an intentional choice. Perhaps using timers like other nail salons could help with this misunderstanding.

All in all, the pedicure would have been fine if I had chosen a quick, base option but I chose a deluxe version and was expecting results as such. For $48, I would recommend getting the base level pedicure instead because the experience and result did not differentiate.

I likely will not go back here which is a bummer because it’s super close to where I live, liked the ambience and appreciated that my appointment began on time. I would give it a second try if adjustments were made to deliver what was purchased, otherwise, sadly not worth it. Hopefully this review helps improve results and the business...

I usually love coming here because it’s so convenient, being in my neighborhood, and the front desk staff and other employees are always very friendly and welcoming. However, today’s pedicure experience was disappointing.

The man who did my pedicure was very rough and unprofessional. Instead of guiding me through the process, he was aggressive, which made me uncomfortable. My service was supposed to include a scrub, but that was completely skipped. The leg I brought in for a pedicure was only massaged with lotion and oil, without any cleaning or proper attention. I was expecting a scrub as part of my service. While my nails were drying, he began cleaning the station, but unfortunately, as he wiped everything down, his hand rubbed on my nail, ruining the new polish I had. When I pointed it out and asked for it to be fixed, he only wiped around the nail but didn't remove and redo the polish properly.

Overall, I’m very disappointed with the experience today and hope they improve the...

They rip off acrylics instead of soaking your nails. I’ve been poked and scratched to the point of bleeding. Then they’ve applied acetone on these cuts. They don’t care about you as a person or the health of your nails. It was my birthday and I showed them a text I got for a discount- not even a “happy birthday”. Once I pay for the services, that’s when they seem happy and “care”. Other than that, I feel like a piggy bank. I’m kind and tip 20-30%. I kindly asked my nail tech a question and she answered very catty then proceeded to clearly talk about me in front of me to her coworkers.

I’ve been a consistent customer for several months and my previous acrylic appointment was the last straw when my nails were ripped off. It was very painful and frustrating.

Keep doing this and you’ll lose more customers. Doing my own nails now the way I want since they don’t even have the colors or designs that are in style. This was my last straw in ever having...
