Ken started the food truck in 2018 and they are now expanding to a second truck! Shout out to Ken and his great memory. I ate at Z Buddies a few years back when they first started at a local brewery. I believed in their food then and it's only gotten better! We tried the shrimp tempura as an appetizer and for the mains we did the Mt.Fuji burrito and I paid for the Double Dragon Sushi burrito. Come hungry because these sushi burritos are gigantic. We could only finish half and took the rest home. The Mt. Fuji is packed with fresh salmon, tuna, cucumber, spring mix, avocado, imitation crab and spicy mayo. It's a huge sushi roll who am in kidding! It was delicious. But I have to say the Double Dragon was my favorite. Tempura shrimp, carrots, cucumber, spring mix, imitation crab and eel sauce. It was so good! The shrimp tempura appetizer comes laid out on a bed of spring mix and sides of spicy mayo. Of course that did not last long we powered through those quick! The truck is located in South Park in a Target parking lot. Made it so much easier to park! No seating but they are parked next to a brick wall where you can sit and eat, which we did. The food came out so quick. Big shout out to Ken and his team. It was another great experience at Z Buddies! They also cater so keep them in mind for your next event! Check out their website Ken has a calendar of where they will be parked next.

I would not have come across this food truck had I not heard about it through yelp. The food truck is parked adjacent to the Target in South Park. Although the location is a bit inconspicuous, there is another food truck parked next to it, which makes it easier to spot. I ordered the chicken kaarage and Mt Fuji sushi burrito. The chicken kaarage had a bit too much breading, but it was still good. I’ll probably opt for the oysters or takoyaki next time. The burrito was huge! They did not skimp out on the salmon and tuna. Since I don’t like spicy mayo, I asked to have that replaced with the eel sauce. They did omit the spicy mayo, but I couldn’t really taste the eel sauce. Nevertheless, the burrito was well constructed and delicious. Definitely a great bang for your buck.

Delicious, first sushi burrito I've had and the crunch on the tempura is amazing. The batter has so much flavor and the whole roll is deliciously balanced. I had a rough day and eating the Zs Special burrito made my day. Honestly wow. Sauce is really good too, nice sweet, salty, and so much umami. I went for the special because I couldn't decide from the shrimp or the soft shell crab for the protein. Totally worth it.

Oh man, the sushi truck of my dreams right here. They come to my office every once in awhile (usually once a month) and I mark my calendar for it. Sadly, they usually come on Friday which is the day my team goes out to lunch together. So, I only get to have it when lunch plans fall through.

They serve delicious sushirritos and that's all I need to have. I always get the volcano sushirrito with no salmon and they are happy to customize it slightly for me. It's fresh and spicy, just the way I like it.

They had a sign up the first time I came out to make it "mega" and it did not disappoint. I think the burrito came out twice the size of the normal one. It was epic. The last time I had it I had to ask for mega, it is a couple of dollars more but well worth it.

The guys working are attentive and friendly and are willing to customize as needed. I'm sure they won't go overboard on that though, but they offer a wide variety of options to really get you sushi fix.

Highly recommend this truck if it's...
