If youâre like me and this is the closest pharmacy / fedex drop off, let me save you the time. Make the drive literally anywhere else. Itâs not worth the frustration.
Need to stop for a quick OTC medication? Theyâre out. Wanna call ahead to ask a question? IF they answer, the âsystemâ will hang up on you. Need to pick up a prescription? Itâs not ready and wonât be for hours. They may even ask you to come back tomorrow (not a joke). Need to print a label for your package? Only 1 employee in the entire store knows the code to do it. Hoping to drop that package off? The label they JUST printed doesnât work and you âshould have gone to an actual fedexâ.
Wanna speak to a supervisor? Congratulations! Youâve unlocked a new level of rude and bitter person who hates her job

   Read moreI had one of the worst customer service experiences at the Walgreens pharmacy with an employee named David. From the start, he was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Every time I tried to ask a question about my prescription, he interrupted me, overtalked me, and wouldnât let me get a word in. When I tried to clarify something, he cut me off with a sarcastic, âAre you done?ââas if my concerns were a nuisance. It was clear he didnât want to help and was more focused on rushing me off the phone than actually doing his job. His attitude was disrespectful and totally unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. I left the conversation feeling ignored, belittled, and incredibly frustrated. On Thursday the 5th of September around 5:30pm I was asked by a family member (An elder) if I may pick up her prescriptions at this location today. I decided to pick her medication up by the DRIVE THRU. The worst of the worst customer service it's sounds like the lady NOR the "supervisor " wanted to be there.they were definitely in a bad mood or seemed by the tone of voices they dislike thyre postion. I feel if YOU are Miserable no matter what company / postion you may be working for & are UNHAPPY I SUGGEST YOU LEAVE!!. I advice you look for something else that may Suite you or at least make you happy while you are at work.
