Absolutely the worst experience l have had in sometime! If you want to want to entrust your art shipments, and installation, to dishonest, disorganized, and unprofessional people then this is your place! I had worked with them for sometime and things were okay until the last delivery/installation. Liam had the temerity to enter my closed private bedroom and place artwork against my bed, then use my personal toilet (leaving the seat up) without ever asking me !
The work was damaged on its way here from the UK and Dell offered to fix it, but failed to get the requisite forms and permission from HQ. Liam got epoxy on my countertop and then l was blamed for damaging my own countertop! Seriously? MSP offered to repair it with acetone. No way! This would have destroyed the surface.
The last straw came yesterday when their manager Joey called and began accusing me of destroying my own countertop, blaming me for allowing any repair work to proceed against protocol, and saying that every shipment they have had for me has been a nightmare! Wow, great way to talk to clients! Not!
Apparently, other clients have made complaints against Joey’s complete lack of communication skills, but the customer is NEVER right with MSP. They protect their own like a fierce mother bear would protect her offspring.
I have never received an apology for the complete and utter humiliation l have experienced with them only continued accusations.
