Soboba Springs Golf Course — Local services in San Jacinto

This place claims to be Southern California's "PREMIER GOLF & SPECIAL EVENTS" venue, yet their SERVICE belongs to the DUMP, yes that is exactly the best way to describe it - GARBAGE!!! This is not an exaggeration that is out of proportion, but a truthful comment from someone who has been trying, trying, trying, trying and really trying to get a hold of their catering services for an upcoming function that was supposedly to be held at this place (not even worth mentioning the name) as they don't deserve to be mentioned. Janice Sacada, Director of Catering Cathy Small, Administration I am not quite sure if I had the correct spelling of these peoples names, since again, they never even bothered to answer their telephones. Janice's voicemail would say when she would be in, off and how she may be with a client or away from her desk. The whole time? Cathy's voicemail was worst. It still says that she is off on Feb 26th and will be back on the 27th. Are we not in April already or could this even be from 2015, 2016, 2017? Both of their messages would tell you to contact extension 5126, Janna Valdez, should you need immediate assistance. Well, I don't know if they know what immediate means because that line just bounces off to another line. What a useless system and such disappointment! If you were to bring your business and spend money here, would you even consider that after this? Do you even check your messages for voicemail? If so, where's the return call? You think it's not good enough? You don't even know because you NEVER took the TIME to pick up that phone, check your messages and have the common COURTESY to get back to the people who left you numerous messages. CUSTOMER SERVICE is numero uno on the list if you want to run a succesful place like this. If you get people who think they're running this show and are remiss of what their title or duties are, then sadly, you are bound to fail. I hope not, seeing that you're place is one of the nice ones in the area. Put these people in training for customer service, maybe they need to be reminded what comes with their title and duties because from what I and my group experienced, there's zilch in that department, nada....zero! I sincerely hope that the management would look into this and not turn their heads the other way. It is thru these honest feedbacks that you would truly know how your establishment is doing and is being seen by your current clients, would be clients and hopefully, future clients. I wish you all the best and hope that other clients are not treated the way I was. P.S. My vehicle was hit while parked and I was in it a lady accidentally backed into my truck security came "head of security seem to be an uneducated possibly gang related" I told head of security that I was hit while I was in my truck and that that lady is the lady who backed into me he spoke with the lady and ask her some questions she seemed very drunk but said she's a diabetic and that's the reason for her slurring security then went ahead with processing his report I told the lady if she had given me $50 for the damage I forget about it she said she'll do so head of security then said for her to park in a regular parking an to move her vehicle I asked if she could just park it to aside for her to use the ATM to retrieve the cash so I don't have to wait he then started yelling at me saying that I haven't been listening the whole time when I haven't spoken the whole time I said I don't want a problem I don't know what you're talking about but if the answer is no that's fine I'll wait 20 minutes later the lady finally got to the door i walking with her she passes the ATM machine go straight to the bathroom I told her I've been waiting for 20 minutes please just retrieve the cash she said I'm going to use the restroom first when she came out of the restroom her first words were you stole my phone I told her she's crazy went to the front door to have security be called again and the sheriff's as well here comes head of security I tell him what she said he asked me when that I have the chance to do that I said I didn't he then spoke with the lady going back and forth on whether she wanted to give me $50 or not I said that's it called the sheriff's I want a report and her information then head of security tells me you go get your information first then I'll have her give you hers I said excuse me and argued the fact that he had said that to me then he had told that I needed to leave and a Time Bandit and I am NOT to get her information or the $50 I turn on my tablet to record what was going on I was told I couldn't do so is it are you refusing to leave I said no but can you please explain to me what this is he said no just leave at that time 5 security people were around me and one on the side of to snatch my tablet from my hand when I reach for my tablet I was wrestled down and beaten by security I was screaming help and asking people to record what was happening they detain mean when the sheriffs came peer-review tape came back uncuffed me and said...

I was molested by the tribal member at this golf course. I had sent an email to the staff on April. I was hoping to deal with this privately, but I think all women should be aware. This was my email and have yet heard anything back!

[ ] One of your tribal member’s I believe he’s on the council, Mike. Decided to not only try to look down my shirt by putting his hands on my dress and trying to take a peek at my breasts. At the same time he tried to grope me from behind. When he tried to take a look at my breast, I was so shocked that it took me time to realize what just happened! Especially since he literally told me, he has a wife in that same moment. Still, I immediately let him know. It was unacceptable behavior, and I do not stand for that! [ ] I saw that he might have been a little embarrassed so I decided to leave it at that however, I am 33 years old and never in my life have I been disrespected like that! [ ] I am very loving and I’m very social, but I am a professional at the end of the day. I have a college degree, I work in Real estate, and I’m not sure if other girls who work the booth -that may not have my background, have been subject to such behaviors.
