I got married at the Soboba Country club, and normally love the Sunday Brunch at the Maze Stone...but I was recently there to enjoy brunch, and was extremely disappointed to find out that the head Chef was no longer there, which did not surprise me because the food was horrible! I sure hope they will bring Wes back as Chef or find someone comparable to his skills....I love the location and the staff of servers are wonderful....it would be nice to keep the Maze Stone on my list of Favorite dining places, especially with the Casino/Hotel coming in the future...but I won't be back until the Chef issue...
