Fairway Café at Soboba Casino — Restaurant in San Jacinto

Usually love this place and we play here daily, but By far one of the worst places to order late night. My lady and myself went there at 11:40 on the 31st of March ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no avocado that's known as a BLT &A with onion rings to go, we specifically said no avocado, I'm highly allergic. There was no customers in front of us The girl working the register a very poor attitude and obviously didn't want to be there, we stood waiting for over 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. When taking our order she didn't listen or pay attention to what we were ordering, and when we tried ordering a piece of their chocolate cake,we were told they don't do the cake to go. after we finish placing our order we confirmed with her no avocadoI'm sure you applied she punched it in to where I wouldn't be made with avocado and told us it would be 20 minutes before it's ready. We going to play for a couple minutes I go back over to get the food then we left to go home. When we get to the house, we open up our food container and see about seven onion rings and the burger, well I shut off eating and onion rings and my lady picks up my burger and takes a big old bite out of it and and says babe there's have a cuddle on here so we take off the crown of the burger and sure enough two big slices of avocado so it would have been me taking a bite first I could have died and definitely would have been in the hospital, All they did when we complained was reimbursed our comps on our cards, which is by far b*. I think we're going to start spending our money...

Worst restaurant ever! The wait was 45 min just to get an appetizer. I ordered chili wings they brought buffalo I asked for blue cheese they brought ranch, the food was cold. There wasn’t even a long line so why the heck did it take 45 min to get our food. the supervisor came over she said her name was Alex she was rude and aggressive. I’m a customer, she talked with her hands on her hip the whole time lord and aggressively. I just was letting her know the service was unacceptable the wait was overly long then my food was wrong and cold I tasted 1 wing and she said I must of liked it because I ate 1! Who says that? I ate 1 because I waited almost an Hour for an app when it wasn’t even my right order and I was hungry!!!! I’ll stick to San Manuel, please don’t waste your time at this place!!!! And definitely don’t deal with Alex worst...

Food: Had the mushroom burger this time; umm, it's a bit unimpressive; the meat is a little better quality than a typical burger but even with the red onion and mushroom; there wasn't a lot of discernable flavor to the meat or the burger as a whole. The sweet potato fries also lacked a bit of flavor as well; even with a ranch dip; things are just off *Also had the burrito in the past month; not much protein and kinda sparse and unflavorful

Service: Good, staff is happy and attentive and the food arrived quickly

Ambiance: it's casino food, there's casino noises and tv's, fine for a captive audience
