The BEST customer service anyone could ask for! Justin was so nice and so quick to respond and easily available through text or call. I don’t live in the bay anymore or near a showroom so Justin FaceTiming me was really helpful in seeing the products live.

Everyone talks about how comfortable this couch is and they were not wrong! It feels like being on a comfy mattress. Having pets and know that we can wash the couch completely was what really made the defining purchase. Like where else are you going to get a completely washable couch? It’s also nice to know that we can change out the color and add to it in the future. We can change the chaise to the left or right too.

It was a little pricier than what we budgeted for but a couch is something you’re going to use everyday and for us who loves to have movie nights this was essential to have something we loved. We are even upgrading to the extra deep despite not being super tall because we know we definitely love to lounge. This is by far easily the smartest purchase I’ve made and my favorite...

I had no idea what sofa or size I wanted, and he was super patient while I went back and forth trying to decide.

He never rushed me and actually followed up a few times to keep me in the loop about sales and promotions, which I really appreciated.

He also answered all my random questions about the couch I ended up buying and made the whole process way less stressful.

We were lucky and got selected for their White Glove Delivery Service (delivery, assembly, and disposal of cardboard/trash).

They were extremely fast, kind, and made sure to explain everything we needed to know about our new couch.

Great Experience So Far – Excited for My Pet-Friendly, Washable Sofa!

I recently purchased a sectional sofa from 7th Avenue at their Santana Row outlet, and the experience has been fantastic so far. The showroom had a wide selection, and Marta was incredibly knowledgeable, helping me choose the perfect configuration for my space. Marta was patient and answered all my questions, especially regarding color combinations, durability and maintenance, which were important factors for me and my family.

One of the biggest selling points was the pet-friendly, washable fabric. Having pets at home, I needed something that could withstand everyday wear and tear while still being easy to clean. The fabric felt high-quality and stain-resistant in the showroom, and knowing that I can remove and wash the covers gives me peace of mind.
