When my wife and I started searching for a shower fixture yesterday morning, we looked online and visited a couple of local plumbing stores. We also heard about the Kohler Store in Santana Row, though we were initially unsure due to its location and the perception of high prices. However, when my wife arrived at 3:30 PM, Joseph and his team welcomed us with open arms and an incredible depth of knowledge. They listened attentively, understood our needs, and guided us toward the perfect selection. The experience was so seamless that we were able to finalize our purchase by 8:00 PM, just before closing time. And if that wasn’t impressive enough, by 9:00 AM the next morning, a delivery truck from Union City had already arrived at our home in Los Gatos with all our items - on time, no delays! I speak this with expertise as we have built or remodeled many homes. Joseph's in-depth knowledge helped guide us to the final bathroom design we envisioned. My husband and I are renovating our house (pretty much a new build) and our GC told us to choose and buy our bathroom shower sets, sinks, etc.... Since we live near this Kohler store we have been waiting for it to open since end of November and today they finally opened. Although I did not take any video or photos I have to share our experience. We came in the store already knowing we want the Honesty collection. Since our home is more modern/contemporary. Nick was welcoming, super helpful and extremely friendly. Apparently we were the first customers! We purchased the Honesty shower set with a statement shower head, 2 toilet paper holder and 2 towel holders. When we are ready for the toilets we will most likely buy 2 from this specific Kohler...
