Went with my friend today and was completely cared for from the second we walked in to the second we walked out. The store manager was so kind and I felt so served. A staff member laid out shoes for me, made me feel very comfortable, she listened to my concerns with my feet and recommended products and let me test for better insight. I felt so encouraged to buy my first pair of Dr. martens and she didn’t even know it was my first pair till i got to the register. As for my friend, he also bought shoes, I just wanna say he was also respectfully cared for which is important! Men and women are treated with positivity and care at this store.
