rude customer service. manager had so much attitude and talked back at me. bossing me around about how I am not supposed to return online items to the store - even though their return policy says you can.... and then reprimanding when one of the tags on the item I was returning was in the pocket of that item and not attached in a regular way. after he was done he went to socialize with his friends... while the line behind me was super long. nice job hiring such a professional manager Hollister.

that same visit another cashier gave my mom attitude and ruined the blouse my mom was purchasing by taking off the security sensor wrong and tearing a hole in the blouse right after we paid for it. we pointed it out to the cashier and she then told my mom to get another untorn blouse herself. omg. there was no line then and they were not busy. omg my mom ended up returning it right away. omg.

Today, i came in this store, i waited for 15" for fitting roon. The girl is employees said that someone next follow me go another room. And I stayed in keep the line. When she come back someone get out of the room, at that time 2 little girl come in. I do not know what happened her mind. She did not know who the next in line. She took 2 little girl in 2 rooms. I asked her that why you took them get in while I came in first. She did not say anything and go to another room another side and come back told me that waiting for room. What's wrong? I asked the manager in store. I told her about problem, she just told me sorry and ask me you want waiting.
