Me and my partner had an absolutely wonderful experience at Honey Birdette — easily one of the most high-class lingerie boutiques we’ve had the pleasure of visiting. From the moment we walked in, she was pampered by Alex, our amazing sales representative, who was effortlessly attentive and subservient to our every need (the good kind of subservient — think “Pretty Woman” shopping montage vibes, minus the judgment).

Alex brought out an incredible array of lingerie options, gently suggesting sizes, colors, and fits that perfectly complemented her figure — each piece more stunning than the last. She was even served a glass of champagne, making the whole experience feel less like shopping and more like starring in our own flirty little rom-com. Cue the slow-motion dress twirls and playful glances.

Before arriving, my partner had suggested we were also in the market for a premium “cock ring” — something eco-friendly and, more importantly, safe for my southern unit. (We’ve had… less-than-stellar experiences with the questionable quality at those other ahem budget sex shops.) Alex guided us without judgment, introducing us to the “Duke II” — a true king among rings.

At no point did we feel rushed, upsold, or overlooked — which is a rare thing in specialty stores where pushy sales tactics can sometimes kill the vibe. Instead, Honey Birdette managed our expectations, uplifted our dignity, and made the entire experience feel exclusive, exciting, and completely pressure-free.

In the end, my partner walked out glowing with a new top and bottom set, and we left hand-in-hand with the Duke II in tow — ready for our next adventure. I’m not recommending this store if you planning to relax and make shopping as your therapy. Came after long work day for choosing something new, try to see some tags and ladies who works there came all the time and ask if I was there before. Yes I did and all my lingerie from this brand. One moment someone on my back (store staff) started singing and I was shocked. Also tried to walk around and look for something new and they always followed me up after I said them I don’t need any help if I’ll need something I’ll let them know. I’m just writing this review because I can’t imagine if I will come to Cartier or Versace store and someone starts singing or talking so loud upfront client especially store stuff. They sell not low ticket products, lingerie, Honey Birdette is amazing brand and they really have a good products, but I think company should train well their stuff before hiring someone. So I’ll continue just order online that’s all....

I’m a regular buyer of honey birdette. I have to give a shout out to Valerie. She is the best employee this store has ever had. She remembers my name and my sizes every time I come into the store. She also messages me anytime there is a new drop. She makes my experience 10/10 every time which is one of the main reasons I go back.

However, whenever she isn’t working and it’s other staff; the experience feels unpleasant. Some of the staff do not let me touch any of the items and following me around the store as if I am going to steal something. There has been times that other staff has been standing across or next to me just watching me. This makes me feel so uncomfortable. The attitude of the other staff always change when I purchase the items. They become all of the sudden with different attitude. With Valerie, whether I decide to purchase something or not, she gives me space and lets me roam around without making me feel...
