If I could give 0 stars I really would. I'm not sure if the cashier on my receipt is the correct name but according to this her name was An Ngoc L. Super rude service, it was my 1st time there and I asked about sizes and she looks at me without answering and says "anything else?" As if I had ordered. When I asked about the sizes again she scratches her eye and points to the side with the most annoyed look at the size comparisons and I tell her while pointing which one I want. Then she scratches her eye again and says "so which one?" And I smile at her and repeat the same process. She does the same thing to my friends who order their food, also being here for the very 1st time and I can't understand it at this point how someone can be so rude, responding as if she shouldn't have to assist us and as if looking at us is painful. I paid for the rest of my friends food and drink and when she hands me back my card and receipt to put in a tip she finally smiles at me. I've never been known to not tip my servers just because I've never had this experience before. When I received my drink it was wrong. I did not have the heart to have it replaced out of fear they would treat me the same way. I am not coming back here...

Me and my husband were waiting till this place opened we went in their around 10-11:30 am on April 16th their was 1 person but as we were seated and just got done ordering we saw a server walk out with a bowl of pho he served a woman then as he started walking back to the kitchen with a trey they use to bring the bowls of food to customers he grabbed a napkin blew his nose and spit in it then thought it was a good idea to wipe the trey down with the same napkin I looked away because of how disgusted I was my husband saw him wiped the napkin on the tray he was using to serve the food on... as the garnish came out to our table we decided we were not staying to eat a bowl with possible snot and spit so we left an went home not just because of how disgusting unsettling unappetizing an unsanitary, im pregnant and it’s flu session not to mention COVID still exists an would never risk our health my baby’s health an lower our...

This used to be my favorite spot for pho. I went in today and the Vietnamese soup was very greasy. Was really hot, but to the point where you had to wait a while to eat it. By that time, my noodles were really soggy. I do wish this place would offer different types of noodles. Even before today’s review, the noodles would get too soft right away. Today they were falling apart and because my soup was so greasy it was making a mess all over my face. Not very clean anymore either. The seats were full of crumbs in the cracks. I also asked for no onions and it was full of onions. I mentioned it to the waiter and then I had like four people at my table trying to take my soup which I then just said it was fine. The waiters stand around and just stare at you when you’re eating. Very awkward. The flavor is still there but too greasy. You could see it in the picture I posted. Might do a search for different pho spot before I...

Pho Hoa + Jazen Tea on Tully Rd has the bones of a solid Vietnamese spot, but it’s been coasting for too long. The broth lacks depth, often tasting watered down, and the boba drinks—while varied—don’t always hit the mark. Popcorn chicken and spring rolls are decent, but not memorable. Service is fast, but not always attentive, and the dining area, while spacious, can feel impersonal. It’s a place that gets the job done, but rarely leaves you wanting to come back. What makes it underrated isn’t hidden quality—it’s that people expect more and settle for less. The late-night hours and combo menu draw crowds, but the consistency just isn’t there. With a little more care in flavor and presentation, it could stand out. For now, it’s more of a backup option than a go-to.
