Lucky 7 Súpermarket Tully — Local services in San Jose

My parents went to buy Carnitas and other groceries, we've shopped here since I was little. Everything went smooth, until they noticed that the Carnitas weren't bagged, it had been paid for before paying up front. We called them to hopefully get that great service but instead we get treated like idiots. Making it sound like we are trying to get some free extra Carnitas for calling them about it. I work retail and I walk all over the registers to find the left out item because we care. Absolutely no options were given to us other than coming the next day...

Excellent produce selection. Meat department has a large variety to choose from. Great 'old style butcher' service. The deli counter has most Mexican cheese selection I have ever seen. The outside bbq smells fantastic but I have yet to try. There is a lady in front selling $2.75 pork tamales and are okay.

Minuses: The bakery has a poor selection. The taqueria is good but pricey. The parking lot has several homeless so be careful and try to park close.

Horrible experiencia we buy 2 bewf tongues today we Cook one when we slide was black on the middle. We return to the market recuest to Speak to the manager se was very rude we show the beef tongue how bas was then se procede to refund the money. But when give.me the money back she only give me only $47.15 but we pay $56.69 i ask why only $47.15 her answer was thats all i can do for you very rude. At this.point i call the santa clara healt deparmemt to report you guys for selling bad meats and stilling money...
