Extremely Disappointed with My Experience, if I could give zero starts I would. I have never written a review but feel the need to as this was an expensive purchase and have not heard back from the company.
I ordered a couch set from this company, spending thousands of dollars, and was promised it would be delivered within a week. That week came and went with no update. When I reached out, I was told there was a delay because the product hadn’t even been shipped to their location yet. They needed to receive it before shipping it to me—information that should have been disclosed upfront. Had I known this, I would have questioned the unrealistic one-week delivery time.
Two weeks after the original delivery date, I was finally told the item had arrived at their location and would be delivered to me in 1-2 days, with Friday being the latest. Yet again, Friday came and went with no delivery and no communication. I reached out again and was told the delivery team now planned to deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
At this point, I asked for a refund because this was turning into a never-ending saga. They told me to hold while they tried to contact the delivery team—despite just claiming they had already spoken to them moments earlier. This inconsistency raised serious concerns.
As of today, I still have no couch and no further updates from the company. The lack of proactive communication is appalling. If I hadn’t continuously followed up, I wouldn’t have known anything as promised delivery dates came and went without a single notification.
For such an expensive purchase, I expected far better service. I regret ordering from this company despite their positive reviews, as my experience has been nothing but delays, broken promises, and poor communication. A week after receiving the shipment, when I started to move clothing from my old dresser to this new one, I noticed that multiple drawers didn’t operate properly. Some hardware are detached. I reported the issue to the store owner and sent him videos of the issue per his request. He assigned Ali, a staff to handle the issue. Weeks gone by, Ali didn’t give me any updates. After multiple phone calls and text to both Ebby the store owner and Ali, Ali texted to say he was looking for replacement. A few more weeks have gone by, still no updates. Now, both Ebby and Ali no longer respond to my text inquiries or phone calls. This is a $700 purchase! No repairs, replacement or returns or any solution has been offered. My clothes have been on the floor for 3 and half months (didn’t want to put them in the faulty drawers to cause further damage). Completely unacceptable. Besides reporting to BBB, what other remedies would you recommend? please share with me your suggestions.

Read moreCame in and was immediately bombarded by sales rep. He was very pushy, didnt really listen and just kept shaking his head saying " yes" and calling my husband " friend". Showed me a pillow to "sample" the color sofa i wanted ( taupe color). Once we finally figured out the two sectionals and dining room set we wanted, i had to ask the guy if there was a drawing or anything to ensure what we were asking for. He drew something on the back of some random paper. No copy of drawing nothing. My husband asked if the deliver guy could assemble it since he would be gone at time of delivery and our salesman said yes and said if we tip him he will do it. Okay. We paid $650 down, through Zelle because they got super weird during the paying process. We decided on 2/24 for delivery. Come Friday evening, the guy said the delivery couldnt come until Monday. Monday turned to Tuesday and when the deliver man got there he stated he didnt speak english when i asked about assembly. He wouldnt put the boxes anywhere i wanted them. But he knew enough english to ask for cash payment and signature before inspecting any of the boxes with me. He left and when my husband got home later that evening, we opened the sofa boxes, unwrapped them and the first sectional was not the configuration we requested.
