This review is directly related to a customer service experience with the company not the shop itself. Make sure to get FULL pricing details as I was mislead, misquoted, and lied to. And I had to find this out upon arrival to the shop. The company is a 3rd party and this specific location their contracted shop. In regards to SkyFine, I was bought into the customer service but the sales representative was not transparent with the monthly fees after having 2 separate pbone conversations and confirming one price inclusive of all fees and taxes. Although I asked for a confirmation email detailing the specifics of such that was agreed upon, I was informed that what I was asking for would be provided upon arrival at the shop. When arriving at the shop and filling out paperwork, I was shock at the price, which was DOUBLE the amount that was agreed over the phone. I had to call the company back to make sure they get the correct pricing down. Upon signing, the price was still not the amount that was agreed upon. When escalated to a billing manager, all I got was oh here's the run down. And, as I was sharing my frustrations and how I was misled, I still did not get a solution that made me feel like she heard me and was understanding. The time spent with waiting for someone to provide that customer service went down the drain as there wasn't a resolution, especially when I kept getting cut off as I was talking.
