I was overcharged for the 29 plants we purchased at DM Color. When we noticed that we were missing one plant we called and spoke to Jose, the manager. We told him that we spent $500 and were missing 1 plant and wanted to know if we can stop by to pick up the 5 gal. Plant that we did not get. Jose said “why are you crying about one plant that you did not get”? I said why would you be so rude and say that? Jose said no and hung up on us. There is zero customer service at DM Colir in San Juan Capistrano. They overcharge you and then are completely rude when you call nicely and tell them.
