We can not believe the experience we had here. We ordered a simple cake which was from my mother for her first grand baby. They were very rude and ended up giving us what we didn’t ask for. Not to mention the way she did the name was completely wrong. Also they charge for almost everything since at the end they were trying to “save” the cake but still looked terrible. The customer service at this location is very poor. They treated my mom with disrespect and the lady just told her to talk to another employee because she did not want to deal with her. Small bakery establishment…came around 5pm so most of the stuff were gone. Was able to try the cookies…more on the crumbly texture but very good and loaded with chocolate chips. Also picked up the miniature mostocion and cheesecake bite…haven’t tried the cheesecake yet but the mostacion was delicious. The cream was just sweet enough and texture and flavor of cake was yummy.
