First time I took my phone I thought would be a good service, they told me they ordered a new battery for my phone because it has water damage and when I got my phone back it was cracked, they tried to blame it on us but I had photos before so my mom recorded them and told them they have to fix it or else we would be going to the cops which they did so I had to take it back to be repaired. When they repaired it within 3 weeks my battery started messing up again and they blamed it on a tiny piece but when I had took it previously they said that piece wasn’t an issue when they checked it the first time. Pretty sure when I took it back in he replaced the battery because I had no issues prior to that experience. They are a reasonable price but with the amount of times they scam you you’ll be better off paying someone else to properly check your phone. I usually go inside the phone repair inside jrs in San Juan but they’re pricey but they come with no hassle and they’re straightforward. These people are scam artists and you feel it with the way they act. Do not spend your money here. Had to make three trips for one issue. Also came back to add they make issues on the spot and try to blame you. I have recordings if anyone would like proof. Didn’t want to argue so I left it at that and wanted to be done with them. Don’t go here if you don’t have money to spare on...

Took my iphone 14 pro max to fix back glass guy told me he will have it the next day and took 3 days to replace the back glass very bad customer service would call him and wouldnt answer calls said he was busy if he knew he was gonna be busy he shouldnt of not taken the job and i would of taken it to somoene else My phone power button stopped working and they want to charge me to fix it they don't want to be responsible for the damages they caused to my phone what a coincidence that they repaired my back glass and my power button stopped working take your business...

They took more than 8 hours to repair my screen, pretty sure he was working on it when I said I would wait for it, after they returned it my battery on my 12 pro max started overheating all the time, never happened before, and now my front camera quality is so bad my Face ID stopped working. I don’t know what they did to my phone but they left it worse...
