The flakes sends a machine trying to sell it to me for the same price a brand new machine costs and I told them no I would rent it Then after installed the idiot owner screams and yells at me and the installer ongoing and demand 6 references on me and a copy of my social security card and drivers license he was insane, and I gave him some info and realized I cannot do business with such a hostile flake and sent the machine back only to be told I have to pay a delivery charge, blah blah blah...the prior day he so sweetly said we would bring it by and if you don't want it "no problem" now he says he is putting me into collections. filed a police record on this scammer and he will be toast with my connections..Ha what a scammer and flake. RUN.... do not walk ....away from the sociopath that runs this scam outfit...and FAST...I am going to Angie's list, Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's Office etc. to file complaints. He belongs in jail. Creep from Hell. Updatethey are sending me a bill for trying to dump the old machine on me...sending me a delivery bill for $65.00 and if I don't pay it goes to collections!! Hmmmm they told me they would send it over for me to see and if I don't like it they will take it back. Then they yell at the delivery guy because he was a nice guy and he installed it to prove it worked and they told him never to install it until the agreement is signed. I heard him yelling at the nice delivery guy just berating him on and on. It is so obvious they pretend they are nice and then they think they are clever and "gottcha"....NO I REFUSED THE MACHINE..SO HOW CAN THEY CHARGE ME FOR DELIVERY??? Dang...bunch of losers in Vista. You can bet they are uneducated loser predators, just do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. trashy people trashy business. TL;DR: Buyer beware - don't expect post-purchase support or courteous service.
The purchase experience was ok-ish. We purchased a washer from them and they arrived somewhat around the expected time, placed the washer where I wanted it, and hauled away the old one. The problem came when I experienced an error with the new washer. I sent several emails that went unanswered and finally had to call, after a bit of back and forth they sent a tech out to fix it, at no cost, turns out to have been a temperature sensor. The tech replaced the sensor and was on his way. We continued to have intermittent problems with the same error code, but were in the processes of purchasing a new house and decided to deal with that after moving. I called to explain the problem and was told that a tech would be out to look at it. I said we had moved and provided the new address. The tech arrived, took the washer apart, said "oh, the sensor is unplugged", plugged it in and handed me a bill for $89!!!! Mind you this was the sensor that he had installed last time he was out. I grant you that we were now outside the "90-day warranty" window, and yes we had moved the washer, but the problem had been happening for weeks. Given that it was the same thing he had fixed before, and that no mention was made on the phone about a possible charge, I was astonished to get a bill. I then got a bill in my email for $89. I responded and explained the problem. I got a re-send of the same bill for $89 the next day, without explanation. I replied again explaining my issue with the bill. I then got a bill for $39.95 followed by a very rude phone call where I was constantly interrupted and berated. On the phone call, I was told: "Pay whichever one you want, it's fine, we won't ever service you again anyway". Before I even got back to my desk, the $39.95 bill had been deleted and the $89.99 bill had been re-sent along with the message "REMOVED $39.95 INV- $89.95 IS DUE FOR SERVICE AFTER MOVE".
We have paid $89.99, but you can be sure we will never contact E-Z RENTAL BIZ for anything...

First off, the actual rental was fine. The fridge did what is was supposed to and did it’s job for our temporary need.
The issue I had was this- I confirmed, prior to renting, that it had an ice maker. When it was delivered, it had a water connection “tube” for the ice maker connected to the unit. I attached it to my water feed, but the connection leaked. Upon closer look, the gasket inside the water tube was completely dried out and would not seal. So I traded texts with them and they basically told me to “go to Home Depot and buy one”. I told them that I would prefer they provide it, but for a $10 tube, and relatively easy to install, I would just deal with it-but I expected to be reimbursed for the tube. They told me to keep the tube at the end of the rental and would not reimburse me.
Kind of a bush league move on their part. For $10 they would have earned my business anytime I need a rental or their service. Instead, they earned 2 stars and my ten commendation to the world to look elsewhere for your Vista rental needs.
I would welcome a call from their ownership to explain themselves. They had ample opportunity to make good during my rental period. But they close to do nothing. It’s so hard and expensive to earn a customer. The $10 was not the issue. It was their total “it’s not our problem” attitude that turned me off.
12/27/2019 Interestingly enough, after a full 11 months, the owner replied to this today. Clearly this person did not read my review, or chose not to understand what I said. Anyway, I had long forgot about this incident until they replied with such a half hearted response. Im over it, but will not...
