You might take into consideration to change your business hours. I checked on Google the Sycamore location since it was on my way to see if I could pick up some food after work, and Google said closing soon, 11 pm. I pulled up at 10:35 through the drive-thru, and I got the message saying sorry we are closed. I pulled up to the window, and there were two employees, a male and female. The male came to the windo, and I pointed at him, my phone showing him that it said it was open unreal 11pm he opens the window and repeated my self and he responded with we are open until 11 on the weekends so I aske him so why it say every day until 11pm? He said, " I don't know," and closed the window, so I stayed there, and I double-checked, thinking I might not see it was only the weekends. So as I was leaving the female staring, laughing which it caught my attention. I leave the drive thru to see them through the front window, both looking at me and laughing. I was trying to take a picture of the door schedule when the male hid because he thought I was trying to take a picture. After all that, I said well now I will take a picture to call corporate and make them aware if the case is that these employees aren't closing the business early at their own will. What made me even more upset was how they were laughing at me acting all childish. This is very unprofessional. I will be making a complaint to corporate as well. I will be making a call to the store manager in case they aren't aware of what these rude employees are doing. I really hope these employees get accountable for...
Read moreWhat a waste. Order a premium bowl and a premium plate with a side of Rangoon. The broccoli was blanched or if it was steamed it was still undercooked. Extremely crunchy. The premium steak that was added was less than a spoonful. Paid the bowl fee plus an extra $1.30 for the premium meat. The premium plate was mediocre in flavor and the fried rice had the consistency of steamed rice without flavor. The premium meat was the honey walnut shrimp which was less than the compartment size on the plate and the orange chicken was the other. Average at best. The Rangoon was only cream cheese in a wonton. Bland at best. Staff was in a rush to complete order and there were only 2 of us in line at the time. Really disappointing to pay $20 for 2 small spoons of food and we tossed the rest away at the restaurant. No one inquired how we were. There were plenty staff on both sides of counter. 4 in a conversation by the door 2 working the lobby and the rest behind the counter. I would not recommend this chain. Honestly I can't understand why the stores in this area seem so busy. We have attempted eating at other locations across the nation, but there is never any cars and when you go in the food is old. Thought maybe, just maybe, since they seem busy, we had a chance for a good meal. Best not to stop. Just roll roll by and toss them your money. At least you are saving energy and frustration. $20... off to find something else to...

I show up 5 days later just for the girl who was not being nice to say I never spoke to you and I spoke to that name about 2 months ago. So I said okay well they just said to mention it anyways i proceed to just pay. As she hands me my food i go to check it and she says I literally just did it while you ordered ?? Like are you serious ?? You made me pay again and Im checking for your mistakes and you are rude ??? Anyways I know this commment might not matter but one thing that upsets me is customer service. We all make mistakes all the time but don’t be rude if you don’t like your job you can go be something completely else...
