Cox Store — Local services in San Marcos

Stopped in to get help with my wifi and cable going out. Both employees in the store greeted me immediately. Jasen Kidd the manager assisted me and was very professional, polite and knowledgeable of the situation. He explained the issue and recommended several options which would improve the service.
