I went in about a week ago to have gel (from a different nail salon) removed and was happy they were available for a walk-in gel removal. The staff were also very friendly and kind and the place was super clean! However, my nails got so damaged from the e-file the technician used (no acetone was used to soften the gel) that they felt like they were on fire from being so thin. I was hesitant to post a ānegativeā review last week because I thought the sensitivity could have been from the separate place I got my nails done, but now it is clear the damage is from the e-file and I figured it would be best to let the staff know.
