I always have the worst luck when it comes to hair salon experiences. I've never been able to find a place that I can at least consider consistently going to and having it be a staple in my routine. I think I might have found it here. Thanks to Maria, this is the first time in years I'm not looking at the result in my car and ending up in tears haha. She was amazing and did everything we spoke about. I usually have a hard time finding someone who actually has an opinion on how to do my hair, if I asked. My hair turned out amazing and I'll be back for a color next week with her! :) Thank you so much, Maria!

Jackie was awful. Had a 3:00, she called asked me to come at 3:30.. then called and said 4:00. I arrived at 4:00 and she wasn’t close to done. At 4:20, she was still taking photos of her previous client while I sat there waiting. Every professional hairstylist I’ve seen, the first time, the hairstylist wants to see your hair dry and how curly it is and how it calls. Jackie is clearly not a professional. She told me (85 minutes late) to go wash my hair without her even looking at it. Her previous clients hair wasn’t cut straight and the ends not being curled stuck out and I thought looked terrible.

Samantha is an amazing hair stylist! This is my first time bleaching my hair, as I went from a dark brunette to a dirty blonde, and she was with me every step of the way. Being a man that has only dyed his hair once before to a reddish brown—with Samantha, mind you—this was a fantastic first time experience being bleached. All my questions were fulfilled and I felt that the customer service was top notch.

Les Amis also has been doing great things to prevent spreading of the coronavirus during this pandemic. They have made barriers for each station so the clients are all socially distanced from each other.
