I had a very disappointing and rude experience during my recent visit. I arrived just 2 minutes late for my appointment and was immediately asked to wait. Despite the minimal delay, I wasn’t attended to until 20 minutes later.

When the haircut finally began, the stylist was noticeably rude and rough. My hair was pulled multiple times, and the entire session felt rushed — completed in under 15 minutes. I was not offered a mirror to view the back, nor asked whether I preferred a square or round cut. There was no effort made to confirm if I was satisfied with the result. Haircut was the bare minimum anyone can do and given rude behavior I didn't want to engage more.

Also while I was trying to check the haircut myself, I was abruptly asked to step aside, as if the service was already finished without my input. At checkout, I was asked if I wanted to tip, and when I said yes, I was told the minimum was 15%. I have been to this place before and it was not the case where i am verbally asked to confirm tip and that to for such a rude service. When I expressed discomfort with that amount, it was implied I had no choice. The stylist walked away and ignored me, leaving the card reader with the preset amount displayed. I paid out of frustration and left feeling disrespected.

I will not return and do not recommend this supercut salon...
