Tried for 2 weekends to buy a replacement key for my truck, lost my primary key at work but had my backup. First visit, the guy who can cut those isn't in, 2018 Chevy, OK, I'll come back next week...they did tell me that it will be $100 or more. OK, went back today...well he's busy cutting another customers key..30 minutes, I'll be back after some other errands. Come back, they don't have the key in stocks, I will need to prepay for it...$140+ . I paid, exchanged info, agreed to get the key next weekend(week 3) and went about my Saturday.
