Dairylane — Restaurant in Sandersville

Their lunch was a waste of my time!!! I just had the most horrible experience. I am a regular MORNING customer. They have decent cheese grits (Most of the Time).Their customer service depends upon who's there. I decided to try their lunch menu and I wish I would have stuck with the grits. I ordered online in hopes of a faster process because they can be a little slow. I ordered a Cheese Hot Dog with ketchup and mustarded and a small butterscotch milk shake. I got there and waited in the drive thru line 15 mins before getting to the speaker. Then, to my surprise I had to go in to pick up my order. No where does it says online that I must go in and pick up my order. I get inside and there is no order. People are just standing around. I didn't know who had or had not ordered. I waited for everyone that was there before me to order. When I approached the counter I was ignored not even acknowledged. People who arrived after me was being help, so I chimed in and asked for my meal. I expressed my frustration with the fact of waiting in the drive thru line then having to come in. The attituded I received was unimaginable. How the heck am I to know that I had to come inside if it wasn't advised to do so when I placed my order. I was going to over look their errors today until I got in my car and not only was my hot dog cold! It was WET, HAD NO CHEESE, THE BREAD WAS RUBBERY, and THE HOT DOG ITSELF WAS NASTY!!!! I know not everyone use franks, beef , or pork but goodness gracious, I have no clue of what I just ate. Plus it gave me a stomach ache. I'm done!!! I am not sure if those grits are even...

The quality of service here has declined! The prices on the menu have gone way up! I went through the drive thru the other night and ordered a pound of BBQ and a quart of Brunswick stew! The wait in line was about 14 minutes! When I got home to eat my dinner I had a pint of Brunswick stew! I paid $17.?? They were closed by the time I got home and was going to eat, so I couldn’t call them back and tell them that my order wasn’t right! So the next evening I went through the drive through and got 2 BBQ Chicken plates. After the lady handed me my change, I told her what happened the night before and this other lady walked up and asked her what was going on, she told her and then she said that she worked last night and she didn’t remember no such order like that, then she said do you have a receipt? I told her that I did order it, but I guess that I left my receipt at home! She said well I was here last night and there wasn’t no order like that placed late and unless I had a receipt they couldn’t do anything about it! So to sum things up, I Will Not Be Going Back to the Dairy Lane in Sandersville, GA anymore! I can’t believe that their Jumbo Cheese Burger went from $1.98 up to $4.12! Really people I know that everything has gone up, but this is ridiculous! And then to be called a liar on top of everything else! Never again, will I go back to...

What a disappointment. I used to love this place. I haven’t been here in 5 years. I was driving through GA yesterday carrying my grandparents. I talked this place up for 4 hours on the road trip. When we got there the service was terrible, the staff was very rude acting like we were bothering them. We had a bigger order for four of us. When it was ready they yelled out to come get it. I was making a few trips to get all the food and drinks to our table. The worker asked if I needed help. I said sure, so she just moved them down the counter closer to the table. When we got our burgers they were less than appealing. They had nothing on them. The fries were cold. After we asked for everything on the burgers and crispy fries. I couldn’t even get the staffs attention for ketch up. They just went in the back and wouldn’t come back up. We left back on our road trip highly disappointed. Low and behold all four of us got sick. We have now been up all night with food poisoning. Dairy lane is a joke from what it used to be. I will never come back to this establishment and will never say a good thing...
