Hey everyone. Are you looking for a company that cares for its customers and their service? Well if you are, this is the wrong company. When it comes to customer service, you are left with a voice message 90% of the time. When you do get ahold of them, they most likely will not have the person you need to talk to. Our service started out good, then about a month went by and for the past 3 months we've been literally unable to use the internet even though we are still paying for it. Nothing would make me happier than to be able to change this to a good review, but the eay things are going I doubt that will happen.

Read moreREA Energy bought this company which is supposed to be a member owned company. How is this internet company improving our electric service? How does this benefit the members of the cooperative? You just put a sign up promoting In The Stix without asking the property owner for permission. The sign is going in the trash this week. Not one single person in my neighborhood will buy your service even if it’s cheaper because of how crappy our electrical system is & the constant service increases. You know there are electric legs that is way too long & it knocks power out if something fails in another area. Instead of fixing that problem you bought an internet company to try to peddle us another service. We are not falling for...
Read moreWe moved & just got service with them bc it’s the company the neighbors use. It took them 2 weeks to come set up our service because apparently they were updating all their existing customers towers. When they did finally come it was $200 for installation plus monthly payment for a middle of line plan, nothing fancy. Compared to our old network, that’s very expensive. It did not work well after the initial set up. Disconnected frequently. We had a maintenance worker come and he was at our house for over an hour trying to figure out what the issue was. For now we are up and running! Their secretary could stand to be friendlier but their maintenance guy...
