I really appreciate the assistance at this store, the service representatives are for the most times very helpful. Yet this May 10, 2020 , I made two large purchase for mother’s Day, bought a phone for my mother and one for my son. I used my Debit card for both purchases. Checking my bank statement on May 13, 2020, I noticed additional purchases not made by me at a Sporting Goods. I usually don’t use my Debit card unless I go to the bank, so I immediately called my bank to report theft. This is extremely concerning since they have a chip card for all purchases, you might think your information is safe but is not. All customer please be aware and keep checking you credit card and Debit card balances, report immediately all thefts to your bank. They Cloned my phone and ALITA SANCHEZ was the person who the cloned phone was sold to. I went in to buy a new phone as I told the girl i had lost my phone in Mexico over the weekend. The very next day all of a sudden all my contacts on my google account were erased. I started getting weird text messages and when i questioned who they were trying to contact they would stop. Spam text messages for Alita. And what convinced me when i went to my local pet smart in Fountain Valley they asked for my phone number and when they entered it, Who's name appears it was A. Sanchez. I have had this number for over 20 years with no issues. I went in one day and it has been years and i still get these dame spam text messages for Alita. AVOID THIS PLACE...
