I went in to transfer a number from a different phone carrier and ask about the 25 $ dollar plan and said they couldn't do it they try to sell me a new phone but I wanted to used my own phone I didn't want to argue about it I just wanted to used my own phone and number and about the 25 dollars plan they said I need to buy 4 lines to get the promotion I was upset about it because I didn't want to spend a lot of money but in the end I had no choice but to buy a new phone and number and service the employees need more training and information about what the customer wants and also they said they where going to give me my head phones today they said I was going to get a code for them but have not gotten anything in the last 24 hours They did gave me me a good deal on everything 🤔 update on my review today 2/4/25 I went in to see if I could get my head phones that I pay for less than a month ago and said they couldn't give it to me because it was to late to get them the sales person told me I was to come the next day after I purchased my phone and that I was going to receive a code but never got any code the next day now I'm very upset and angry 😡 about my experience at this metro PCS location the sales person try to sell me new phone and everything I just wanted my headphones that I paid for I also keep calling the store but no answer the sales person told me that the phones were out of service that's not way to run a business the sales people need retraining stay away from this location all they do is lie to you this location needs gets shut down 👇👎👎 go to a different location worst customer service experience ever never coming back to this store If I could give it 0...

After my phone got stolen I called and was told about the phone being insured so it could be replaced for 200, but was not looked at deeper to find out it was only a virus protection insurance. I came to this store and they did not set it up they just gave me a paper to call for insurance when I had no phone. I had to go back to the store 3 times. When they asked for security questions, they asked questions I wouldn't know because I was in autopay. no excuse. Found another service that was cheaper better...
