Bad service and definitely never coming back. (YES I know the owner/manager/staff etc don't care.)
I arrive around 7:35pm on Wednesday Jan 22 for the sushi promotion and yes it was full and yes I knew it was probably going to be busy. (FYI I called 13 times before to make a phone order and NONE of those calls went through). Anyways I get there and one of the waitress takes my order (2 sushi rolls) and tells me what I BELIEVE she said "Your order will be ready in 20 minutes" I said okay thank you. I go back to my car and go back after 20 minutes at 7:55pm. One of the meseros there "shorter guy" comes up to me and I tell him I'm here to pick up my order it's under Jesse and he replies okay I'll call the waitress over I say okay. The waitress comes over and tells me "it's taking a little longer because it's busy but it'll be out soon" and I happily reply "OKAY" everything was okay I hand her my card and she charges. My total was about $18.56 and I even tipped her $2 bucks. ($2 bucks because literally she just took my order and that's pretty much it. I could've added $0 dollars but I UNDERSTOOD that it was busy and I get it.)
8:05pm nothing. 8:15pm nothing. I go up to the short guy I mentioned earlier and in a nice way ask for a refund. I'm like "Hi can I just get my refund? I have to go now and I've been here since 7:35pm and it's still not out. I was under the impression it was only going to be 20 minutes and it's been about 40 minutes" he goes like "Yeah it's because Wednesday there's a promotion and it's usually busy and it takes 40 minutes" and I reply like "Okay yeah I understand but I'll just take my refund"
I was calm, he was calm and they did returned my refund.
What bothered me and the reason why I'm giving them 1 star and NEVER COMING back again is
If after 20 minutes I go back and my order is not ready, WHY COULDN'T anyone let me know "GO BACK ITS NOT GOING TO BE OUT IN ANOTHER 1, 2, 3 hours!!!'"
It had already been 40 minutes, why was my order not READY anyways?!
if phone calls do not go through because of the amount of calls that are trying to go through, DO SOMETHING about it. Y'all make enough money to figure that out. It's not the first WEDNESDAY y'all go through...

Read morei never write reviews, however my family and I were really unpleased with our service. Our original server (Nelly) never came to attend us after she took our order for drinks. While we waited we noticed none of the other tables that Nelly was suppose to serve were also getting any type of attention, while other servers were attending their tables. We had to get another server to take our order. We waited about 40 minutes to get our food, and when we did the server brought us the wrong plates. Once we got our actual food, we noticed right away one of the plates (a $50 shrimp boil) had a hair on it. Nelly took it without explaining what her resolution would be. She came back 30 minutes later with our check and charged us the wrong food she had brought us, the food we ordered, along with only 50% off of the shrimp boil. We told her to remove the food we didn’t order which she did. She came back and the new bill had the correct prices, however she ended up charging us full price for the shrimp boil. I asked Nelly for the manager, and she told me he wasn’t available, I proceeded to ask who was in charge and she claimed she was. This was odd because you wouldn’t expect this service from someone that’s managing a restaurant.
