Today I was in a rush and didn't want to make the extra drive to the one on Harbor. Big mistake, I waited over 20min for my number to be called in the meat department. There was only 4 numbers ahead of me! The worst part was they only had two employees helping, mind you there were three more just walking back and forth behind them There was another shopper who was there before me, he was frustrated and asked the employees who kept walking back and forth to help the only two working with customers. Their response was always the same to just be patient and someone would help him soon. Very horrible customer service!! I tried giving them a chance but quickly remembered why I avoid this location. Read moreI went shopping today and purchased about $20 I spent over 45 min from begging to end (time about 6:30pm) at the register I was helped by Jorge I guess he was some kind of manager since he was wearing a different attire. I suggested him to assigned someone just to help with the dairy area (cheese, cream, etc.,) as they used to, he blandly told me no. Big companies should at least show some kind of respect to suggestions. Specialty coming from daily customers.
I understand we are living in a post COVID-19 and way we do things have changed rapidly, but customer service should NEVER be affected by any circumstance.
I would love to see someone just helping in the dairy area, it’s ridiculous to have to wait for 20min just to get a pound of fresh cheese.
