Made an appointment at this shop 1 week in advance, and followed up the day before to confirm my 11:30 am appointment Moses said everything is good to go. I drove out from the IE and got there around 11 am, turns out the guy that does the camber arm work didn’t come into work and no else knows how to do it.. no one else knowing how to do it is fine, the guy not coming into work is fine too, but give your customers a heads up if you know they are coming in for that job that no one else knows how to do… wouldn’t take more than 3 mins to pick up the phone and say, we’re going to have to reschedule because the only guy that knows how to install a camber arm didn’t come to work.
