I had a really bad experience with USCIS in Santa Ana the first time. I couldn't get an appointment for almost two months so I decided to go down and see if anything could be done about a green card extension for my daughter. They are severely understaffed everywhere in this agency and paperwork for anything takes forever. The guard told me they are in training on Thursday and it's the worse day to come down. I didn’t get a chance to get his name, but the security officer (smaller in stature than other officers) at the entrance was very informative and helpful in instructing us where to go. Officer Trong and Officer Luong were very helpful today. They were both very polite, informative, and patient with our questions and concerns and took their time to help us. We were able to resolve our problem today and hope more government officials can...
