My friends and I called the restaurant at 7pm on a Friday night because we couldn’t check in via the Yelp waitlist due to our party size being over 6. They were able to quote us for 8pm so they took our name and number down and told us to simply check in when we arrived. We had previously been to the Irvine location where we were similarly able to reserve our table, so it was very convenient to have experienced the same here. Things I liked about the restaurant: - Yelp waitlist - Ability to reserve a table for a party size of 7+ with accurate seating time - 3 meats per grill - Fast and constant service - Consistent grill changes - Great beer options - Happy hour from 9pm to closing - Plenty of seating for large parties Our favorite meats included: - the ever so popular beef brisket - bulgogi - marinated top sirloin steak - marinated short ribs (bone in/out both equally delicious with the bone out being thicker in cut) - beef tongue - pork belly - steamed egg Dinner pricing per time of writing this review was $25.99 per person. We also ordered a 100oz monster tower of Modelo that cost $35. Perfect for sharing and the glassware is also smaller to help make that beer last a little bit longer! The parking structure behind the restaurant is 2 hours of complimentary parking with the next 30 minutes at $0.75. They do NOT have validation here so be mindful of your time! Super important: the cops do not play around with the meters. My friend received a ticket for not completely paying for the cost of their time and received one. Do not make this mistake and just park in the structure. It really isn’t that far away. Overall, this was a great experience and we do plan to come back here in the future.

Walked in with 11 people in our party, so we were prepared for a wait. However the wait time was not nearly as bad as expected. That was the only positive interaction I’ve had with this establishment. After being seated we were informed everything was ordered through the QR codes and brought out by some robot. You would think drinks are included with the all you can eat meal but those are indeed separate. As far as refills go they do offer them, but you will not get one unless you are prepared to flag down one of 3 staff members and receive attitude while asking. Then come time for the bill we noticed they did not consider our 9 year old a kid because they were “too tall”. Honestly not an issue but the manager seemed very irritated that we had even asked. Lastly after looking at the bill we noticed an outrageous service fee of $70 which was not mentioned before seating nor posted anywhere in the restaurant. Seeing how a robot brought all of our food and drinks to the table I fail to see where 80 dollars in service fees came from but when asked about it, the manager on duty got very defensive. Will definitely not be coming back due to the attitude of the workers present and the willingness to give jobs over to automation while springing surprise charges on your bill, but if you enjoy spending more money and receiving less value, give it a shot.

We got seated right away on a Saturday. The side dishes pan chan were great and had a lot of variety. For ayce, $34.99, we got brisket, bulgogi, spicy brisket, squid, pork jowl. As the night got busier, our orders got missed. Part of the orders were missing. It happened to us and the folks next to us. Even the dishes got mixed up. Things that I didn’t like, the bean paste soup. It was literally tasteless and the veggies were still raw. Then I got the tofu soup and it was barely any flavor. We asked for more side dishes from one of the staff, she said yes but never came back. Overall, I’m not sure if I will go here again. There are many other locations to choose from with exceptional service. Meat quality is comparable to other locations. But having to remind the staff about our orders and what happened, there were no explanations. It feels like the staff were overwhelmed and couldn’t handle the Saturday night crowd.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at an exceptional Korean BBQ restaurant, and I cannot wait to share my delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the vibrant and inviting atmosphere of this establishment, I knew I was in for a memorable culinary journey.

Upon being seated, our server Mahmout warmly greeted us with a genuine smile, setting the tone for the outstanding service that awaited us throughout the evening. Mahmout's attentiveness and knowledge of the menu were truly commendable. He graciously guided us through the extensive selection of meats, marinades, and traditional side dishes, ensuring we had an authentic and unforgettable Korean BBQ experience.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the high-quality meats presented to us. Each cut was incredibly fresh and marinated to perfection, resulting in tender, juicy, and flavorful barbecued delights. We reveled in the interactive nature of Korean BBQ as Mahmout expertly grilled the meats right at our table, creating an engaging and immersive dining experience.

The restaurant's commitment to authenticity was evident in every aspect of our meal. The side dishes, known as banchan, were beautifully presented and included an array of traditional Korean flavors, ranging from kimchi to pickled radishes. These accompaniments perfectly complemented the main dishes, adding depth and variety to our culinary adventure.

Moreover, the ambiance of the restaurant was captivating. The tasteful décor, infused with elements of Korean culture, transported us to the bustling streets of Seoul. The vibrant colors, cozy seating arrangements, and the pleasant hum of conversations around us enhanced our overall dining experience.

I must extend my heartfelt appreciation to Mahmout, our server, for his exceptional service. He attended to our every need, offering helpful suggestions and ensuring our glasses were never empty. Mahmout's friendly demeanor and dedication to creating a memorable dining experience truly elevated our evening.

In conclusion, this Korean BBQ restaurant surpassed all expectations, leaving me longing for more. The combination of delectable meats, authentic flavors, and impeccable service, led by the wonderful Mahmout, made this dining experience truly exceptional. I highly recommend visiting this establishment to indulge in the flavors of Korea and to experience a truly remarkable culinary journey.

Thank you, Mahmout, for making our dining experience...

Probably one of the worst and awkward dining experiences we've ever had.

First, this is not Korean BBQ—it's a DIY grill-your-own-meal concept where you order via app, a robot drops off raw ingredients, and you're left to fend for yourself with zero guidance.

The staff made no effort to explain the process, despite our clear confusion and first-time visit. No walkthrough. No refills. No assistance whatsoever—even as we struggled to figure things out.

The experience itself was borderline absurd, from grease splattered into my son's eye while cooking, to fresh full bodied shrimp we had to completely prepare ourselves from cutting the head off to debating and deshelling with no tools or sanitation options. When we gave up out of fear of what the next round of meat options would bring, we just decided to order Ramen. We were given a copper bowl to boil ramen—on the grill—without any mitts or safe way to remove it. The ramen? Instant noodles still in the package with your standard flavor packet inside. Uncooked.

The meat was mostly fat and flavorless, and the kids’ menu items were frozen, cheap, carnival-style corn dogs or chicken tenders.

The only redeeming part? Laughing on the way out at the circus we just participated in.

Avoid this place unless you enjoy confusion, zero service, paying ungodly prices for extreme stress and 3rd degree burns. Oh, don't forget the awkward tipping expectations, when they hold the portable card reader and default 20%, 25%, & 30% options as they stand behind you - leaving you wondering what the hell you just paid for and who the hell you're tipping. The only one that did anything for us...
