This says on the outside of the building it's a Metro PCS official store. However when you read the bill after you got the contract it is a company that basically pays to use Metro's name but they are called IIG Wireless.. the issue I had with them is fraud.. my grandfather went in the store to purchase a smartphone. The guide quickly took his card ran two transactions and then proceeded to give him a cheap phone. Now being as witty as he is immediately noticed that it was a POS so he did not want it. He was then told it would take 30 days to refund his money. Well we waited more than 30 days and then contacted Metro PCS customer service their immediate response was to file a fraud claim immediately.
