I was completely devastated after being diagnosed with breast cancer at 32. When you do a google search of "mastectomy," and breast reconstruction, you don't see very many "pretty" pictures. I am SO LUCKY that my surgeon Dr. Choi referred me to Dr. Yegiyants. At the time, I had never heard of her before. My team listened to me and discussed my different surgical options, and were always confident there would be a beautiful outcome no matter what route I choose. In the beginning, I wasn't sure If I was going to do a single mastectomy for future breastfeeding potential, and Dr. Yegiyants supported that decision from the beginning and was confident I would look great and she would match the other side. Later on, I changed my mind, and decided to also remove my other side...

I went into surgery with realistic expectations of what I could look like, but OMG- I LOOK LIKE A BOOB JOB! NOT A RECONSTRUCTION! NEVER in my WILDEST DREAMS would I have thought I would look this good! I know I am lucky and every breast cancer patient had a different story, but man, DR YEGIYANTS DELIVERED ( even after a multiple staged process over a 1.5 year span due to my cancer treatments.) THANK YOU DR YEGIYANTS!

I need to Addend my review to give Samira, aesthetic RN a shoutout. She is phenomenal and so sweet! Samira has been doing my botox for several years now. I have since seen her for different laser treatments including BBL and MOXI and my skin gets so many compliments. She is so gentle and meticulous to detail. As a nurse myself, I appreciate someone detail oriented who provides quality and compassionate care. She always follows up and asks if I like my results and addresses my areas of concern (which I no longer have thanks to her detailed eye!). I always leave with good self care/discharge instructions to promote the best outcomes following my treatments....

Had a reconstructive surgery with Dr Y June 2023. Both implants rotated after only 4 weeks. When I informed the MD I was asked “to flip it back” vie email, with no instructions on how to perform this maneuver. Didn’t get an appointment scheduled for follow up for another 6 days. Once in office she was unable to rotate the right implant manually. Ordered an ultrasound. Called multiple times to receive ultrasound results. 7 days later and another phone call to the office. I finally received an email with “normal” results but no instructions as to: follow up, further exams, further instructions. Nothing. So was I just going to live with this deformed implant?

I had consented to receive fat grafting to both breast but only had it on the right. When I questioned her about why this was she didn’t give a straightforward answer. Now that left implant rotates frequently and I have to manually pull on my chest and move the implant back into the right direction. So unacceptable.

She continued to tell me I had great results but my breast are different sizes and my implants are flipped? She said my implants would look better if I lost 40lbs and recommended an injected medication for weight loss. I am disappointed in her care and follow through.

I will never recommend her for reconstructive surgery. She caters to the uber wealthy. It is very apparent that reconstruction patients are not her priority which is very sad because these surgeries have a profound effect on...

My experience start to finish with Dr. Yegiyants was amazing! Let me start by saying as a patient I did my homework and researched many plastic surgeons in the area. The others don't even compare to her skill and talent. She is extremely professional, courteous, reliable and above all a very skilled plastic surgeon. She is an artist and I believe as a female she understands women's bodies and their curves. She listens to your concerns and honors them as a patient. She is very knowledgeable and that is what you want in a plastic surgeon and physician. She made herself very accessible during my entire process with my abdominoplasty. I also have to mention her staff. Grace was also amazing. She took me on time for each of my appointments and made me feel so comfortable during my photos and post op appointments. I also have to mention her staff especially Grace. They are all so friendly and very courteous. My entire experience was fantastic and I would do it all over again. I will make one last comment. This surgery is a big undertaking and requires some postop care and recovery. I was in a very good mental state and in very good shape going into this surgery. It helped with my recovery tremendously. The responsibility of the recovery is on the patient and requires positivity and strength. In summary, I highly recommend Dr. Yegiyants and her staff. I was so lucky...
