I am moving to the Santa Barbara area, and while my partner and I were on a wait list for housing, we wanted to make sure we had a back up place to stay. So, we rented the California Bungalow through Signature Vacation Rentals. My experience has always been that rental companies are slimy, greedy, and rude, but Spencer at Signature Vacation Rentals proved me wrong. He was incredibly helpful in securing my rental, and he made the application process incredibly easy, and made the moving experience even easier having the peace of mind that we would have a place to stay for an extended period of time. The contract was very thorough, and the pricing is very reasonable for the exceptional property and service, as well as the many amenities it offers.

Months after we booked with Spencer, we ended up canceling our reservation because the housing we were waiting for became available. We contacted Spencer, and we worked together to find a new tenant, and since they found a new tenant, they gave me a full refund for my deposit. WOW! I was incredibly blown away at not only how kind Spencer was through both the reservation and canceling process, but also how hard he worked to help find a new tenant so we could have our money back.

First let me say Casago is the way to go when doing a vacation rental! Nowadays it is always tricky to make sure you are getting what is represented and so when I find an agency that is trustworthy, I try to use them over and over. Casago is now on my list of agencies I will use. The bungalow I rented was everything I hoped and more. It was well located, very comfortable and quiet. Casago even left me initial supplies and a box of very delicious fresh chocolates candies. I was coming in late so they texted me pictures and instructions to make sure I knew exactly how to find the rental and how to get in. They followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory and were over-the-top with customer service. As an added benefit, the owner of the bungalow gave me privacy and even made sure that services like housekeeping and gardening were at my convenience; the owner did not want me to be disturbed. I wish the bungalow was vacant for more time; I would have stayed there for months if it had been available.
