Bell Electrical Supply Inc — Local services in Santa Clara

Service at the counter is good. However they have a manager named Ansalmo who believes he's God in their electric business who is very rude with their employees and the boss/owner doesn't know about it, he just thinks he knows. There were drivers who quit because of this managers rude attitude and he fired a few employees who he didn't like because he wanted to bring in his people who he liked where he used to work back at Wesco. The employees who he fired were working there longer than he had been there and they were very good workers. I won't be going there ever again...

There is a girl I know in a different supply store not too far from them that knows more than this manager and his minions.

The WORST service I had from a supply store while visiting these kind of stores ALL day.

Even the ASSOCIATE at Home Depot was more helpful.

Be careful. They don’t accept any returns. Even three days after purchase with the receipt, and unused, in new condition. I was told all sales are final, no exceptions. This is the only electrical supply house I’ve seen with this policy. So I’ll shop...
