Heidi's Flowers — Local services in Santa Clara

Very misleading business as website shows them to be professional at first. For its price the value and quality is very minimal, requested a custom card with a personal note. Order confirmation showed a preset graphic with my custom card with a nice font n everything. All for the my custom card to be a printed piece of copy paper folded up in regular font which is absolutely misleading. Once I picked it up didn't even hand it off? Got notified that the flowers would just be outside their location in a fridge where anyone can just take them? Very unprofessional would not recommend this...

We were looking for a nearby place that could do same-day flower delivery in santa clara and came across heidi's flowers - very happy that we went with them. As you can see in the attached pics, the arrangement looked just like the photo from the website and it was also delivered in a timely manner. We called them for an estimate of when they would be delivered, and even though they didn't answer at first, they called us back right away which we really appreciated. They even texted when the flowers were delivered. Thank you so much...

I called Heidi's Flowers (only florist that I was able to speak with- I called at least 5 other florists and left messages with. O call back!) to order a custom spray for a funeral last week. I talked over the request I had and had thoughts of what I thought I wanted... He asked a few questions and based on our conversation, changed my flower color choice based on heritage preferences. The spray was beautiful and had my custom request for garlic bulbs. I highly recommend...
