Edit to my original review below due to recent experience ----- May 12, 2023: I placed an order for 3 shirts and paid extra $14.99 for 1-2 day expedited shipping.
June 23, 2023: I had to call in inquire where my order was. They apologized for it taking so long and said it would be shipped today.
June 30, 2023: I called again as I never received my package and there was no tracking available via the tracking number I got via email. They agreed to send it again.
July 6, 2023: I got my order but had to call them due to ink issues on 2 of the 3 shirts; and one shirt was way too short. They told me to send pictures to the manager, Karen. I sent her an email on July 6th.
July 20, 2023: I hadn't got a reply by Karen by so I called again. Karen stated she did NOT get my email so she emailed me and I replied back with the photos. She said the shirts will be reproduced and I should get them with ONE week.
August 17, 2023: (FOUR weeks later), Still no shirts so I email Karen again. She explained there was a delay with quality checking them but that she made sure they were shipped and I should get them 1-2 business days.
August 21, 2023: Emailed Karen asking for tracking number as I didn't get an email and wanted to track the shirts. No response.
August 24, 2023: Still no shirts. Called customer service during work hours and got a voicemail - no one returned my call. I also emailed Karen to ask nicely about my shirts. No response.
August 30, 2023: Still no shirts. Called customer service during work hours and got a voicemail - no one returned my call. I also emailed Karen to ask nicely about my shirts. No response.
September 5, 2023: I still do NOT have my shirts or a refund. I politely asked in the emails that if I could not get the shirts, then I would kindly like a refund as the shirts I received are not able to be worn with permanent ink stains and one wasn't done the correct length. It should not take this long nor should it be this hard to obtain customer service. At this point, it has been just about 4 months! I feel, at this point, if they actually even get the shirts to me, that I should also get a refund. I am not normally like that but I have never experienced customer service like this before; plus, I originally paid EXTRA for faster shipping which is obviously a huge joke based on my experience with this order.
Old Review that I wish I could leave below: Great Customer Service and Great Clothing options and quality! I recently placed an order on 9/19/22. I waited till 10/18/22 but didn't receive it. Instead of getting angry and posting a negative review, I called customer service and spoke to a representative. The representative apologized profusely. She explained this is their unusally busy time with Halloween costume orders. She assured me my order would be priority and she got approval to upgrade shipping to 1-2 days FREE if charge. I called them on 10/18/22 and got my order on 10/21/22!
I will continue to order my clothes through them! For anyone that doesn't receive their order, call them; give them a chance to make it right. Everyone is human and remember, these clothes are custom...
Read moreI placed an order on January 14th for some items for a cruise I was leaving on February 17th. After waiting 2 weeks I checked the status and it came up that there working with minimal staff so there backed up 1-3 weeks. I called and was told they put a noted to rush my items. I did end up finally receiving the box which came opened and most if my items were missing. I was in complete awe. Not sure if the item was poorly boxed or the shipping was just that crappy. I called and spoke to Karen told her what happened and the I took pictures of the box. Was asked if I could send the pictures to them. Never heard anything after that. When I called Karen told me they opened a ticket with the shipper and as soon they heard back I would be contacted. Well of course nothing so I contacted Karen and was told 3-4 day I'll get a refund. Now 7 days later still nothing again I called and now was told I needed to fill out an affidavit. She said she could sign it off for me I said yes. Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience. I needed clothes for a trip I was taking and placed my order on 9/20/23. I noted a needed by date of 10/6/23 on my order, which was well within the timelines noted on their site. When 10/6/23 rolled around and I had not received anything, I called customer service and finally got to a rep named Karen on the 4th try. All other calls went to voicemail, and my messages were not returned. Karen assured me that I would have my order by 10/10/23, and nothing ever showed up. I sent an email canceling the order and requesting a refund, but got no response. Two days after I sent the cancel order email, I received something from them saying the order had shipped. I no longer needed the order since I was already on my trip. I just opened the box, and the clothes are AWFUL. Nothing fit correctly, and the materials were cheap and ugly. The garments were very poorly constructed. Still no responses to voicemails or emails. I have filed a complaint with the BBB over this giant MESS.
