Never had any issues before, but this time I did. I was working on the job doing a delivery. The company I work for sends push notification reminders every time to us to make sure to intervene by reminding Jack in the box not to stick the sales receipt in the bag with the food, but rather hand it off along with the credit card at the same time. This is not asking as lot, especially since it's clearly a sanitary issue that violates safe food handling practices. Jack in the box tends to be a frequent offender of this particular issue.
The employee who was working the drive thru, named Sonia, who also happened to be the manager was abrupt, and uncooperative, and then when I asked her to make the order all over again because she had already contaminated the bag of food with the receipt, she refused to and then escalated to downright rude and threatening me by getting on the phone and calling the police 🚔. It just so happened to be, that to begin with, there we already several police cars were already there in the parking lot adjacent, taking a break and getting some gas, which I had been perfectly aware of the fact since noticing as I had arrived. I was only polite and patient with her even though she was being disrespectful and nasty to me, so I can't think of any law in the world I was offending that made Sonia feel so compelled as she did to pick up the phone, and call, or even pretend to call the police on me. After all, any little thing that would slow production down, on either of the restaurant end or my delivery end, would interfere with efficiency is counterproductive and undesirable for business and profits 📈. By not simply handling over the receipt right away along with the credit card apt the same time. My concerns being to the point boils down to the receipt in the bag not being sanitary and should be handed over immediately along with the credit card handed back. Please reinforce protocol with staff Jack in the box that this doesn't happen...
Read moreSo we stopped here twice. On our way to Magic Mountain and after we left Magic Mountain. The food was good but the people working here were awful. No friendly customer service. No friendly smile, nothing. The lady that took my order had an ugly attitude like she was pist she was there. They weren't using gloves when they prepared the food. The same lady that took my order was also in the back helping making the food. So after handling my money she was back there handling the food. She wasn't wearing a hair net. One of the guys from the back also came up and took these little kids order and went back to making the food. Again no gloves or washing hands. The first time I didn't really notice because I placed my order and went to use the bathroom and was dealing with my kids but the second time we stopped on our way home, I decided would be the last time I stop there. The food was good, I had the jalapeno munchie smasher or whatever and it was Bomb! A little oily but still Bomb! Also the churros were...
Read moreThe inside was clean, and the bathrooms had a code to open them because there were a small homeless encampment nearby, and I personally witnessed one of the homeless person come in and find a cup in the trash bins and walk to the soda bar and try to either pour soda or water from the soda machine😒 as I was ordering my food and a drink I asked the cashier if I could get my drink from the soda machine that they had behind the counter because I was not comfortable using the the soda machine that the homeless person just tried to use not that I have anything against the homeless but for health reasons because I live with a immune suppressant person. So the cashier told me, sure, no problem." He also informed me that the soda machine was turned off because the homeless were coming in and helping themselves to the...
