These guys are awesome! I brought them my macbook pro, wanting to install and new hard drive and operating system, because I was getting an error message when attempting it on my own (I can usually fix/figure things out). Well apparently it was a tough problem, and in many words shortened to few, they hacked the system, rewrote part of the code, and implemented some scripts to trick my computer into thinking it was newer then it actually was, so that I could LEGALLY install the most recent OS. These guys go above and beyond! Also they are just awesome people. Truly don't go anywhere else, Please Point...

These guys are amazing. The best computer repair service I've ever used. They're honest about the problem your computer has, friendly, and knowledgable. I brought in my non functioning gaming computer I built for them to them to fix. They found out it wasn't working due to a faulty part, and since they charge by repair done not time spent, I only paid a $20 diagnostic fee. They must have spent hours troubleshooting but since they couldn't fix it I paid nothing more and they told me what I needed to replace. I will definitely give my business...

These guys are awesome. No other shop in town would help me with my old Macbook but these guys did it. When that one died, they were able to somehow retrieve my old data and analyzed it to tell me exactly what I needed in a new laptop in terms of memory and processing speed. They even told me where to get the best deal on a new Macbook. It felt like they really understood how important it is to have a functioning computer and went above and beyond to make sure my work was interrupted as little as possible. Super friendly and helpful....
