Walked in 20 til closing not knowing she was close to closing as we aren’t from here and just got to our hotel. The entire time heard nothing but how she has to close. Then she refused to make the last sandwich for us as she only had five minutes to closing time once she got to the last one. Not my problem you took your sweet time putting the meat on the sandwich yet you made it mine. Thank you lady, had you told me that you weren’t going to make the last one I would have had my kids all order and me not get something. But nope you refused one of my kids instead. Heaven forbid you actually do your job all the way until closing time. What is wrong with customer service these days? You close at nine then anyone in prior gets served that’s it. 7/12/2024 850pm. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL workers. Called the store 3x to get help about an order I previously made online and no one answered which meant I had to drive to location. The workers were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Gave me attitude when I asked to speak to the manager although I wasn’t being being rude to them. The lady behind the counter didn’t even let me try and explain the situation before cutting me off, blaming the misunderstanding on me and responding with attitude and hostility. Never have I ever written a bad review because I understand work can be stressful on the workers but the staff here was beyond rude literally made me want to cry of anger because I was just trying to have a conversation. Petra was in a very bad mood and was very rude. She grabbed the sandwich bread and smashed it down flat. Then I ordered a sandwich from a promo coupon for the new capicola sandwich and she said we couldn’t use it. The coupon clearly excluded certain sandwiches and items and she still refused.
