Diana has to be the worst Grainger employee. I talked to 3 customer service representative over the phone and another 1 in person and they were all pleasant and extremely helpful but Diana was rude and unhelpful, she lied to me. She said that no returns can be made if the parts didn't fit, her words, "it has to be in sellable condition in original packaging". Not only she was wrong, I think she was malicious with intent to make it harder for me to secure the parts I needed.
