Sendero Marketplace — Local services in Santa Fe

This used to be a quaint little area to take walks through while staying in the area between medical and work travel. After being in the hospital last night, an elderly man parked terribly and jumped out aggressive to question, "Is there something wrong with you?" I proceeded to explain we just had an appointment in the building after being released from the hospital (the area was not open at 05:00 this morning for us to venture so we waited for our appointment, but he didn't like that) The elderly man got snippy as I explained we were just in the hospital up the street with an appointment there this morning and he went to verify my appointment 😹 what a joke if he represents your company.

Angry elderly should not be approaching anyone with such poor demeanor, especially after us voicing an extended day/ night in the hospital as he claimed we were there overnight for 3 days. I usually stay 1 or 2 nights due to work travel and medical, but I guess if you're traveling, stay away from here unless you're riding a bus. Sorry to the hotel and the shops we used to enjoy visiting, but we won't be returning for service due to his malicious behavior.

Sadly I did everything but beg every single store I went into if I could take pictures and every single store manager said no that they were worried about what CORPORATE would think. This mall is dying and they scratch their heads and wonder why. IT IS BECAUSE YOU ARE IN FEAR. I tried desparately to help you and you wont let me tell and/show with permission how pleased I was with each store. I always include many pictures but I WILL NOT DO THAT WITHOUT PERMISSION. So please talk to whatever corporate office runs this mall and allow these stores to PROMOTE themselves and I promise I will do my best to help you....but sadly in this review I can't help. I have never been to a group of businesses that are in so much fear. I have never experienced this at ANY other business in Santa Fe. Check out my other reviews....and I am trying to help this mall right now by WAKING THEM UP with this...

It’s so sad to see the mall look like a ghost town. There’s not many stores anymore. It’s sad for business owners, and customers. Hopefully it can get some good stores in the future because it’s such a beautiful place. We went to Polo so my son could pick out some items. Don’t get me wrong I love good customer service, I actually expect it but It was annoying that there was so many employees following us around I felt like I needed to rush my son and get out of there.
