If it was possible I would have rated everything 0 stars. Very bad customer service the girls that work there always have an attitude for no reason they basically throw the bag at you then slam the window shut. The guys just don’t pay attention or don’t care because I’m always either missing an item or given the wrong items. Last month I picked up my order and not 1 item was correct I ordered 3 bean burritos, 2 soft tacos and 2 hard tacos and was given all Doritos locos tacos instead when I went to ask for the right items they refused to give me the correct order saying I switched the items out so i just asked for a refund they slammed the window shut and walked away. How can I switch out the items when you’re the one that handed them to me!? So regardless of who’s working always check your stuff they never put the sauce in the bag then when you ask for some they get mad and the quality of the food is horrible!! It’s either cold moldy or the order is wrong I can’t eat onions because I’m allergic to them so when I ask for no onions they tend to add extra and when I ask if they can fix it because I’m allergic they say I’m lying and it’s not possible to be allergic to onions so they refuse to fix it same thing with the drinks there’s never enough flavored syrup no matter what soda you get it just tastes like carbonated sour water and they refuse to fix it when you ask for a replacement. It’s mostly lazy high school kids working there but even when adults are there the restaurant is just run very bad if I’m paying for the food I expect it to be made the way it was requested not the way you feel like making it! When this place first opened it was run very well but now that it’s been open for a while and a new batch of workers are there it’s just embarrassing how this place is run. After my experience tonight I will never order from this location again if you do choose to order from here I sincerely hope you have a better experience than...
Read more7/29/25 6pm. After traveling from Arizona we decided to stop and grab a bite to eat. We stood at counter ready to order for 10-15 minutes. Employees ignored us till I leaned over and asked an employee if someone will take our oder. She responded “Use the Order panel” and turned away from me. I said you got to be kidding me right? Again I responded: “ You refuse to take a customer oder?” She just continued to ignore me. We all turned to each other and thought this was a joke. Nope, no joke she just walked away. The gentleman waiting for his order turned around to us and said “Good Luck with these employees.” We looked puzzled as he walked out after finally receiving his order. Stating that “this location is the worst location to visit and as a door dash he hates to pickup from this location.” I responded Thank you for the input sir. So we walked out and went next door to McDonalds. The Manager at the counter greeted us with Good evening hope your day has gone well. I explained to the manager talking our Oder of what just accrued next door. Not only did he take our Oder with a smile and great us with hospitality. The manager brought our oder to our table and said “We hold our employees to a higher standard and stated that his shift crew will always go the extra mile for the customer.” He again “Thanked us for stopping in and welcomed us back anytime.” Now that is TRUE Customer Service. Maybe your Taco Bell Location( Promenade Blvd SF) can learn from that manager @ Mc Donals next door how to treat Paying Customer’s. We will never visit or recommend this Taco Bell location to our family and...
Read moreMe: Hey. Can I get a number 10, Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito, but just the burrito. And I would like no sour cream, and extra of everything else on it.
Employee: Certainly! (Adding things, taking things away…) And what would you like on the taco?
M: Sorry. I said I just want the steak grilled cheese burrito.
E: But you said a number 10.
M: (Starting to get irritated, but holding it in) I did. I see the confusion. I apologize. But I just want the steak grilled cheese burrito.
E: Okay…(more button presses) I have a supreme burrito here, anything else?
M: That’s not what I asked for.
E: Sorry. Steak grilled cheese burrito. Anything else.
M: No thanks. (Pays, checks receipt. “Supreme Burrito”)
Hey. This isn’t what I asked for.
E: I made sure to put “grilled” as an extra on it.
…
