Subway — Restaurant in Santa Fe

Horrible experience this Sunday evening. Placed my order online and arrived 20 minutes later as instructed by the website. The thin girl in pajamas was the only one “working” and questioned me if I had placed the order at this store because she had nothing. After she finally found my order she angrily began to make it and I was told there was no Italian herbs and cheese bread or onions. As I waited I looked around and the store was a mess. Sticky floors, dirty tables, food display with bits of food all over the place. Won’t be coming back to this location. My first job was at a Subway and I was left alone at times also. It’s tough, but doable to run a store alone. This wasn’t a case of a single person being overwhelmed. I was disappointed. Stopping at Subway, after work, I was looking to have an enjoyable dinner with my family when they arrived home. The dressing was missing from the salad that I'd ordered "on the side, please." Now this may seem somewhat trivial however, my family member for whom the salad had been ordered...had experienced an unusually stressful day and she too was looking at having a peaceful meal with the family. Well, THAT did not materialize.....the dressing, which makes the salad the BEST we've ever had, was missing. Neither of us had the energy to drive the 25 miles back to the Subway for the missing dressing. One of the worst subways that I have ever been to. First off, I came in and the two workers never even acknowledged me, just kept talking to each other in their own language. Second, they e hand the cover over all the selections so I couldn't even see the quality of the meats and cheeses. Third, the one they hadn't had covered were the veggies, which were all looking horrible. The toppings that did look ok, they barely put any on and I felt like I could even ask for more because the two coworkers were only engaged with each other's conversation and made me feel like a unwanted visitor.
