Almost got scammed by a different company claiming to be Sears and wasn’t. Ended up calling Geek Squad and they couldn’t help me. They referred me to Electronic Parts Store, which was my last attempt at saving my precious 3-D plasma tv that I inherited from dad after he passed away from painful cancer 5 years ago. When my dad originally bought the tv from Best Buy 10 years ago, he spent over $10,000 for installation, surround system and a washer and dryer. This tv means a lot to me as me and my dad spent time bonding over watching movies on his death bed. I was not ready to give it up!

Electronic Parts store told me to bring it in after I told them that it does not power on anymore after having streaks across the screen and sort of fading in the screen. It’s never been dropped or anything like that. I figured something with the motherboard or power was out. They diagnosed it and fixed it! Wonderful store from a bygone era. Came in here looking for parts for an electrical project that we couldn't find anywhere else.
