My 2017 Hyundai Sonata was wrecked and deemed totaled by my insurance without them physically evaluating it. I refused to let my car go, believing that it could get repaired. After going back and forth w/my insurance they referred me here to Joe at New Image Auto Body. They were able to fix it! Speaking w/Joe he was very professional and friendly he kept me in the loop with everything that was going on, which made this experience less stressful for me. He even helped me out with a car rental issue. My car was repaired in two weeks time, as promised and looks better than ever! Runs good too. This was by far the best customer service!!! I would definitely recommend New Image Auto Body in Santa Paula...

Joe. Was unprofessional had my car towed in he stated he could fix my car doors I was in an accident he said he would have it done in 2 weeks max I was going to pay out of pocket and not use my insurance!! Even knowing it was a 4,000 dollar job he let my car sit there over 2 months without doing any work on it I kept in contact with him and always the same result he would say its I'm waiting for junk yard door I DIDN'T WANT JUNK YARD PARTS FINALLY AFTER 2 MONTHS it was towed to blow out on both tires tow was necessary toook my car out and Caliber Collision had my car done in 5 days AND NO JUNK YARD PARTS..SHAME ON YOU JOE HE GETS 0000O STARS..dont even bother with...

Grateful for New Image! We were recommended by Arana's in town to go to New Image for body work. We were in a small fender bender and Joe was professional, friendly, and honest. He talked me through what was what and the cost for each part of the repair. His price was reasonable and lower than the quote from where we had gone before. His work - flawless. Joe is well connected in Ventura County especially in Santa Paula. He works on all City vehicles, Fire and had done PD befire it was contracted out to County. We're grateful for Joe and his team.
